Shipping

Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of the package. All packages are shipped from Bayonne, NJ. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Any orders received after 1pm EST will be processed the next business day. Shipping time is dependent on the location but ranges between 5-7 business days after processing.

Covid Related Delays

Please note that USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, and may affect the delivery time of your order.Therefore, please give yourself room for additional delays of up 10 business days.

Taxes and Duties

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. 

Currency Conversions

All prices listed on our site are in US Dollars, and charged in US Dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. 

 International Orders

Shipping times varies depending on your location. Please give yourself 2-4 weeks to receive. It may be quicker, but due to unprecedented times we cannot promise this.

Tracking Number

Unfortunately, many of the major package carriers are not updating tracking as frequently, so you may see delays in tracking even though your order is moving. Usually, once it is delivered, the tracking will update.
